Alongside the fascinating talks on the Zollingerdach and circular construction, it was above all the sense of community that defined EASTWOOD 2023. An open and honest exchange took place on an equal footing between the worlds of craftsmanship, architecture and research – one that was curious, inspiring and always closely tied to practical application. By the time we gathered for the evening at Gondwanaland, it was clear just how warm and close-knit this community is.
